Jim, retired from the U.S. Army with the rank of Master Sergeant, has been with Hanover Audiology since 2012 and has several additional roles within the practice: Audiology Assistant, an apprentice in Hearing Instrument Sciences, as well as the Marketing Manager. In his current role, he serves as a Vice President of Operations, Human Resource Manager, and Personnel Director. Jim received a Certificate in Administration of Justice and his Associate in Applied Science (graduated Cum Laude) from Piedmont Virginia Community College in 2000. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in 2007. Jim is very passionate about educating the public about hearing loss and hearing protection. Ensuring prompt customer service is his number one priority. Jim is a member of the American Legion, a member of the Elks Lodge, a lifetime member of the VFW, and a member of the International Hearing Society.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family, cooking Italian food, listening to music (the country is his favorite), watching sports, especially football, and basketball. He also enjoys traveling around the state of Virginia (as well as abroad) with his wife and family.
