Lisa attended school at Virginia Commonweal University and graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics. Lisa has been with Hanover Audiology since 2015 and has handled all aspects of patient care: from welcoming new patients, registration, providing ancillary assistance to the Audiologist and the Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people, and helping the providers of the practice by providing assistance with basic trouble-shooting and maintenance of hearing aids. In fact, Lisa has received her Hearing Instrument Specialist- Apprentice license and is quickly learning how to fix or re-program hearing aids. She handles all the insurance claims and billing. And she fights hard to ensure patient's rights and their benefits from their insurance companies are followed through to the end. She also manages the day-to-day operations of the practice. Lisa loves seeing the smiles on our patients faces when they can hear better and realize all the sounds they has been missing.
Lisa enjoys tennis, dancing, bowling and going to the beach with her family. Lisa loves to dance & enjoys listening to just about every genre of music. Lisa is happily married for 30+ years. She has gorgeous ragdoll cats, one son and a daughter-in-law, a beautiful granddaughter and another grandchild on-the-way!
